Social / Emotional Support

Everyone goes through challenging times in life.  Reach out to someone you trust to get support.  Your School Counselor is a great resource for you.  They can support you in taking healthy steps to work through life's hard situations.  Your School Counselor can also connect you with a mental health counselor or another community!

Mental Illness

Mental illness affects tens of millions of people in our country each year.  If you are concerned about your mental health or someone you know, talk to someone you trust and learn ways to get help and be on a path to wellness.
