Basketball is open to boys and girls in 7th and 8th grade. This is a tryout sport and cuts will be made.
The SILVER & BLUE basketball season will begin with tryouts on November 10 - 12 from 2:15 - 4:15 pm. ALL students interested in playing basketball will need to tryout on this date. You MUST attend all tryout days to be eligible to make the team! If you make the team, you will then be placed into either the blue (fall) basketball season or the silver (winter) basketball season.
Following cuts and team assignments the BOYS will follow the practice schedule below...
November 12 - December 12 - 4:00 - 6:00 PM
December 13 to the end of the SILVER season - 2:15 - 4:15 PM
ALL Friday practices will be from 2:15 - 4:15 PM

Parent Meeting - November 13 at 4 pm in the Gym
All games begin at 4:30.
Boys play first on Mondays and girls play first on Thursdays.

- November 19 - HOME vs Pence
- November 24 - AWAY at MMS
- December 4 - AWAY at J. Frank Hillyard
- December 8 - HOME vs Elkton - RESCHEDULED to December 17 at 4:15 (Girls play first)
- December 11 - HOME vs THMS
- December 15 - AWAY at Pence
- December 18 - AWAY at Elkton
- January 8 - HOME vs MMS
- January 12 - HOME vs J. Frank Hillyard - time changed to 5:00 pm start
- January 15 - AWAY at THMS
- January 17 - Boys Tournament at HHS (hosted by THMS) and Girls Tournament at Rocktown (hosted by SKMS)
