A whole-child approach to providing educational opportunities that integrate academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional core instruction and intervention. MTSS is a proactive, preventative framework with a strong focus on robust differentiated core instruction and additional levels (tiers) of support aligned to the varying intensity of need.
