Free Consultation Clinic for Parents
Offered by Harrisonburg City Schools, the clinic's aim is to help parents promote children's success in school, foster positive relationships with parents, teachers, and peers, and minimize behavioral problems.
Parents will obtain consultations regarding child:
- Emotional and behavioral difficulties (anxiety, depression, anger, aggression, temper tantrums)
- Cognitive development (memory, attention)
- Academic difficulties (reading, math, writing)
Consultations will be provided by mental health professionals during evening hours.
Upon receipt of the registration, staff will call to schedule your free one-hour consultation.
