Battalion Honor Guard Commander

Hello, I am c/MAJ Abril Paiz. I am a Senior and a LET 5 for this upcoming 2025-2026 school year. THis is my second year as the Battalion Honor Guard Commander. My job is to oversee the Honor Guard members while ensuring they maintain the highest standards and are committed to helping others in the program. I also help interested cadets become candidates through a lengthy process needed to become official Honor Guard members. I'm involved in the Raider, Step, JLAB Academics, Fundraiser, and the Drill teams. I have participated in Ball Committee, color guards, and I've also been to all the camps and events in the program. My goals within the program are to leave a mark on cadets, have fun, and maintain standards so that they continue after I leave. After High School, I plan to attend college and join AFROTC to become a NICU/Flight Nurse and adopt a cat.
