Battalion Command Sergeant Major

I am senior c/CSM Joshua Denar. I am a LET 5 in the Blue Streak Battalion. My job as the Command Sergeant Major is to oversee all NCO’s in our program. I am also the Battalion Commander's right-hand man. As the CSM, I ensure that all Company Commanders and First Sergeants are doing their job correctly. I also hold boards for those who are willing to get promoted to anything above Corporal. Some of my extracurricular activities consist of football, Raiders, Drill, and Unarmed Exhibition. My goal for next year is to run a successful Battalion after getting hit by the pandemic. During the pandemic, we were hit hard and lost a lot of our cadets. We weren’t able to hold the many fun events that we usually run. Hopefully next year we can get back into the way of things and have an amazing year.
