It is with great pride that we announce that four Harrisonburg High School students were accepted by audition into the South Central Senior Regional Orchestra and performed this weekend in the prestigious event, hosted here at Harrisonburg High School!

Congratulations go out to the following students for their success and hard work in representing HHS in this prestigious honor:

Claudia Allemeier (sophomore), Viola (5th chair)
Shana Al Sindi (senior), Viola (15th chair)
Cindy Liu (senior), Oboe (1st chair)
Johanna Mayfield (senior), Bassoon (3rd chair)

Each student is now eligible to audition for All-Virginia Band & Orchestra in February.

In addition, congratulations to our Orchestra Director, Brian Incheck, for hosting chairing such a successful event at HHS this weekend. In addition, he has been elected chair of the South Central Region!
