Track & field is open to boys and girls in all grades. This is an open sport and does not have tryouts.
The track & field season will begin on March 2, 2026.
Parent Meeting - March 9 at 4 pm in the Gym
Meets are held on Tuesdays and begin at 4:30. The meet dates are:
- March 17 - AWAY at Wilbur Pence
- March 24 - HOME vs J. Frank Hillyard
- April 7 - AWAY at Elkton
- April 14 - HOME vs THMS
- April 21 - AWAY at MMS
- April 29 - District Championships at East Rockingham High School - Hosted by Elkton

All athletes must participate in 8 practices before the first meet!

4:45 p.m. Long jump/shot/triple jump
4:45 p.m. 1600 meter
5:15 p.m. 100 meter
6:00 p.m. 400 meter
6:20 p.m. 4X100 meter relay
6:45 p.m. 800 meter
7:05 p.m. 200 meter
7:20 p.m. 4X400 meter relay
7:40 p.m. Meet ends
