Post Secondary Transition Fair

This resource fair is open to all families of children & young adults with special needs in the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Area. Hosted by Rockingham County and Harrisonburg City Public Schools.  This event provides families to meet with service providers who can support and provide services to individuals with special needs both now and after graduation from high school.
