Dear Bluestone Families,
September is Attendance Awareness Month. Help your child succeed at school by building a healthy attendance habit. Arriving at school on time everyday helps your child start their day on a positive note. If your child does miss school please remember to call the office every day they are out.

This Thursday, September 15th, marks the first day of National Hispanic Heritage Month. Throughout the month-long celebration we will recognized and learn about Hispanic Americans and their unique contributions to our history, culture, and achievements in the United States.
Lastly, this week students across all grade levels will take MAP assessments in reading. These assessments are brief and help teachers and staff understand student’s strengths and areas of need in reading. Results will be made available for parents.
Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead.
