Why weren't parents notified when keister kids were an hour late from bus delay?
Why weren't parent sent an emergency text that kids on Keister bus # 2 would be an hour late for drop off? Additionally, the school lines were continuously busy during that time. Why not have more open lines or one that goes into a voicemail that has a message recorded to update the caller about the situation?
There needs to be a better system.

RE:Why weren't parents notified when keister kids were an hour late from bus delay?
Thank you for sharing your comments about the Keister bus situation. We are reviewing our response in notifying parents that their children's bus would be significantly delayed. We are in agreement that we need to have a dedicated line for emergencies and/or use other technology methods to communicate to parents in a timely manner.
